Danielle Konzelmann is an established trial lawyer who regularly appears in the Massachusetts Probate & Family Courts regarding all aspects of divorce, separation, paternity, contested custody matters, adoption, guardianships, complaints for contempt, complaints for modifications, and abuse prevention orders.  Danielle’s domestic relations practice includes drafting, enforcing and defending pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and advising and advocating for clients in complex custody and visitation matters, relocation/removal matters, high-net-worth divorces, and same-sex divorces.

Danielle also counsels and represents clients in connection with alimony, child support, spousal support, children’s rights, estate administration and juvenile law cases. Danielle has particular expertise in multi-faceted custody matters and divorces with complex assets. 
Routinely appointed by the Court, Danielle has served as a Probate and Family Court Conciliator for divorce, modification, and contempt proceedings, and a Guardian ad Litem in divorce and custody disputes. Danielle is often recognized for her dedication and expertise, and was named a Superlawyers Rising Star for Family Law from 2013 to 2018.
